Even your smallest concern about online safety is a concern we want to hear about.
Scan this QR code and an automatic email will be generated. If you can, fill in some details and send it across. Or use the contact form below. We will reply to that email within a day or sometimes, we may take a little more time. But be rest assured we will get back to you.
Only share with us information that you feel comfortable sharing. We will only ask you for information that we need to support you and help you through the issue you are facing online.
We promise no preaching, no commanding and no imposing our opinion on you.
Whenever you talk to us at Meri Trustline, it is confidential. This means that we will not tell anyone outside of Meri Trustline. But sometimes we will need to tell someone.
This would be if:
You can call how many times you want. If we receive calls for other issues and reasons that are other than those stated above, we will try and help you with support from other places.
We are a helpline but we are not an emergency number. If you are in an emergency situation, please reach out to emergency services like the police (100) & Childline (1098).
We may be speaking to someone else and at such times it can be difficult to connect. Please take a moment to pause and try again. We will call back when we see the missed call. You may also consider leaving a whatsapp message or sms or email and we will get back to you.
Meri Trustline currently operates between 9am to 5.00pm from Monday to Friday. In case these timings don’t work for you, send us a whatsapp, sms or email telling us where & when we can call you back. We will try to answer all chats and emails within a day, but sometimes it can take a little longer.
When you contact us, your call/whatsapp/email will be answered by trained counsellors who are there to listen to you about the issue you have been facing online. The counsellor is assisted by a team of experts and together they will work to support you in resolving your problem.
At Meri Trustline, we try to make online safety simple for you.
